About three to four weeks. The first mock-up arrives in about 5 to 7 business days, each revision round takes 3 to 5 business days, and installation takes 7 to 10 business days after you approve the design.

Yes. Static HTML and CSS are allowed in descriptions. What eBay blocks is active content: JavaScript, Flash, plug-ins and form actions.

Anything that runs code in the listing: JavaScript, Flash, plug-ins and form actions. Common examples on older templates are scrolling item pickers, embedded feedback widgets, social sharing buttons and currency converters.

eBay rejects new listings and revisions that contain it with a “Disallowed JavaScript/HTML Syntax” error, and since 2024 it hides active content in live listings. We can replace an old template with a compliant one and apply it to your listings.

Yes. We update the descriptions of the listings you already have, so nothing needs relisting and you keep their sales history and watchers.

Not directly. eBay says titles and item specifics are what help buyers find your items. A template helps the buyer who has already clicked: it builds trust, answers questions and shows your other items.

For being found, item specifics: listings without them can drop out of filtered search results. The description does its work after the click, by convincing the buyer.

A Seller Hub template saves listing details such as the category and your business policies, so you don’t retype them. It doesn’t change how the description looks. A design template is the branded layout inside the description.

Yes. We install and test it with the tool you use: eBay’s own listing form, Seller Hub, Sellercloud, SureDone, Solid Commerce, ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), 3Dsellers and others. inkFrog told users it would close on June 1, 2026; if you used it, we set the template up in whichever tool you move to.

Only the links eBay allows: secure (HTTPS) images, product videos, freight shipping and legally required information. Links that send buyers to your own website aren’t allowed.

eBay lets you add a video through the listing’s photo and video uploader. A template can’t embed an outside video player, because that counts as active content.

Template graphics have to load from a secure (HTTPS) server. Our template hosting is $6.99 a month or $74.99 a year.

Yes. You fill in simple placeholders for the title, description and specifics, in your listing tool or in eBay’s desktop listing form. The eBay app shows pasted HTML as raw code, so edit on a computer.

You do. Once the project is paid, the custom design and code are yours, and we never resell a custom design to another seller.
