Coin store eBay templates for coin and bullion dealers

Coin store eBay templates give every coin and bullion listing the details collectors check first: large photos of both sides, the grade and certification, metal content and your guarantees, in clean HTML that eBay accepts. We brand your eBay store to match and show you a free preview first.

eBay designs for Apmex and LC Coins · Family-owned in New Jersey since 2005 · Updated October 2026

Why it matters

What coin store eBay templates need to show

Coin buyers look closely before they buy: both sides of the coin, the slab label, the grade, the certification number and, for bullion, the weight and fineness. eBay now asks for part of this in the listing itself. Since May 2026, graded coins in its main coin categories need a grading company and grade, and raw coins need a standard condition, while its bullion policy asks for the mint or refiner, weight, fineness and clear photos of both sides.

A coin store template is the designed description around those details. Ours keep the photos large, put grade, certification number, year, mint mark and metal content in one block, and spell out your authenticity guarantee, packaging, insured shipping and returns in the same place on every listing.

We have designed eBay stores and listing templates for coin and precious metals dealers for more than a decade, including Apmex, LC Coins and Polyak Precious Metals. Frannie Kline founded OC Designs Online in 2005, and the same family-owned team in New Jersey does every project.

eBay’s rules

eBay rules for coin and bullion listings (October 2026)

What eBay asks for in coin and bullion listings today, and how a template supports each rule.

RuleWhat eBay saysWhat the template does
Graded coins (since May 2026) In Coins: US, World, Canada, Ancient and Medieval, a graded coin needs the grading company and a grade with letter and number. The certification number is optional. Shows grader, grade and certification number together near the top
Raw coins (since May 2026) An ungraded coin needs one of eBay’s standard condition choices. Once the rule applies, listings without condition details can be blocked or hidden. Adds condition notes and close-up photos that back up the choice
Bullion Listings must state the mint or refiner, weight and fineness, and show clear photos of both sides and of any assay card or certificate. A specs block for mint, weight and fineness, with room for assay card photos
Replica bullion Replica bullion without a trade name on the bar, fineness or refiner details is prohibited. Keeps the trade name, fineness and refiner in plain view
Authenticity Guarantee (since August 18, 2026) Graded US and world coins and raw US coins priced at $500 or more are authenticated by PCGS before they reach the buyer. A short note that explains the badge to buyers

  3. Unlimited revisions

Ask for as many changes as you need. Each round takes 3 to 5 business days, and every layout is checked on phones and in the eBay app.

  4. Install and support

How our projects work
What is a coin store eBay template?

It’s the designed layout inside your eBay item descriptions, made for coins: large photos, the coin’s specs in one place, and your policies and guarantee.

What does eBay require in coin listings in 2026?

Since May 2026, graded coins in Coins: US, World, Canada, Ancient and Medieval need the grading company and a grade, with the certification number optional, and raw coins need one of eBay’s standard condition choices. Bullion listings must state the mint or refiner, weight and fineness and show clear photos of both sides.

Do you design templates for bullion dealers?

Yes. Bullion templates give the mint or refiner, weight, fineness and form their own block, with room for photos of both sides and of any assay card, which eBay’s bullion policy asks for.

What is the eBay Authenticity Guarantee for coins?

Since August 18, 2026, eBay has sent eligible higher-value coins, both graded US and world coins and raw US coins, to PCGS for authentication before they reach the buyer. A template can explain the badge, but eBay decides which listings qualify.

Will the new template go on my existing listings?

Yes. We update the descriptions of the listings you already have, so nothing is relisted and you keep their sales history and watchers.

Can you design my eBay store for a coin shop?

Yes. We design the billboard, logo and store categories by metal, country, series or grade, and match them to the listing template so the store and every listing look like one dealer.

How long does a coin store template take?

About three to four weeks for a custom template: a free mock-up in 5 to 7 business days, revision rounds of 3 to 5 business days, and installation within 7 to 10 business days of approval.
