How our projects workCan you still design a custom eBay store?
Yes — within what eBay allows today. Since 2018 a store is branded with a billboard, logo, store categories, featured items and marketing sections rather than custom HTML pages. We design every one of those, and pair them with a listing template so each item page carries your brand.
Will my template follow eBay’s active-content rules?
Yes. eBay blocks JavaScript, Flash and other active content in listings. Our templates use clean HTML and CSS only: tabs, galleries and layouts work without scripts and reflow on phones and in the eBay app.
Does it work with my listing tool?
Yes. We install and test the template with the tool you use — eBay’s own listing form, Sellercloud, SureDone, Solid Commerce, ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), 3Dsellers, inkFrog and others.
How long does it take?
Your first custom mock-up arrives in about 5–7 business days after we receive your questionnaire. Each revision takes 3–5 business days, and installation 7–10 business days after final approval.
