I’ve already been “burned” by hiring the services of other well known eBay store/template designer, working with whom was a nightmare to say the least and who’s works don’t even come close to what OC designs do. After having that bad initial experience with my first designer (who’s name I won’t mention) I decided that before I jump to the next designer I will do a really good research and spend my precious time on finding a design company that will offer the best works and have the best customer feedback/reviews. Fortunately I found OC designs pretty quickly. Just look at their portfolio and see/compare it yourself! In my opinion these are the most beautiful works out there and the customer service I received is second to non. I’ve already tried, seen and experienced other designers and as an online seller myself, believe me I know what a good customer service is. The OC’s customer service, designer/programmer patience, and the end result is all I was hoping for and way beyond. Again, I wish I knew about you guys before, it would have save me lots of money, precious time and nerves. She listened to all my ideas and improved upon them. She took great interest in the ways in which customers interfaced with my site, and how the customer experience could be improved. | All I can say is "WOW" If you need a Volusion store built this is the place to go. Frannie, you and your crew far exceeded our expectations! Price, Time frame and design. We have had several other stores built by other designers, who give you a time frame of 2-3 weeks and end up being 3-4 months, they don't listen to what you say and end up costing double of what they quote. Not here! We are Very Happy with the design of our store, the time frame was lightning fast and communication was great,and price was not a penny over what was quoted. | I found OC Designs through an eBay blogger who praised Frannie and her staff for generously assisting eBay stores sellers who were virtually abandoned when another provider went out of business and was totally unreachable. I had been looking for quite awhile for someone to design my store, and I could think of no better testimony to honesty and integrity. Frannie's actions were speaking for her. I found that the choices were wide and varied, the quality was outstanding, and the prices were within my budget. Those pleasant surprises were topped only by the excellent service I received during the design and development of my storefront. Frannie never seemed to tire of my questions and was always quick to respond even when she was in the midst of a server move for her new site. She and her staff are not only professional and efficient, but also friendly and fun. I was most pleased with the results and quick delivery and can't recommend OC Designs highly enough. | I was able to find out about OC Designs Online when I noticed another eBay shop using one of their designs. I really loved this design and thought it would work great for my eBay shop. When I contacted them we laid out some designs that I really liked and functions of the site. Then a comprehensive timetable was set and payment was made. After that I received some preliminary designs and they made my changes immediately and offered some great insight as well. The timetable was met and I could not have been happier with the results. There was a small issue that I was having with the template that they sent me and they worked with me until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend anyone looking for website design to OC Designs Online and will use them again in the future.
